I am a researcher working on superconducting quantum technologies at imec. Before that, I was a PostDoc in Andreas Wallraff‘s group at ETH Zurich where I was exploring various analog quantum simulation approaches. I received my PhD from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics in Ljubljana and Jozef Stefan Institute where I studied molecular superconductors at the border with metal-to-insulator transition using magnetic resonance techniques with prof. dr. Denis Arčon.
In my free time I enjoy programming. Some of my recent projects can be found on the Software and FPGA page. To relax and clear my mind after a busy week I frequently do yoga, hiking and dance collegiate shag, lindy-hop and salsa. Originally I come from a beautiful village near Celje in Slovenia.
